Assessed individually and informally, a portfolio produces impressions. Assessed consistently, it produces a picture you can act on — including the parts nobody wanted to raise.
We assess each organization on the same layers, rank institutional risk across the portfolio, and build capacity plans with the organizations rather than for them.
We recommend beginning with a small number of organizations rather than a full portfolio, so you can judge whether the output is worth what it costs your grantees in time. Pricing is scoped per engagement; we do not publish rates for work whose shape depends entirely on portfolio size and geography.
An organization that believes its funding depends on the answers will give you the answers it thinks you want. The data is then worthless, and you have spent money to be misled politely.
We are explicit with every organization about who commissioned the work, what is shared, and what is not. They receive their own results in full. It is the only way the numbers mean anything.
